The **Caribbean and Indian Ocean department** is currently looking for an **HR Trainee** to be based in our **Gestagua** office, in **Madrid**. **Key Responsibilities** * Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees located in French Overseas Territories (La Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, St\-Martin and St. Barthélemy) * Coordinate with HQ on HR projects and initiatives * Help maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality * Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities, performance reviews and training sessions * Preparation of job descriptions and recruitment support * Respond to employee inquiries and ensure compliance with HR policies **Requirements:** ✓ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field – ***mandatory to sign an agreement with a university or professional school.*** ✓ Ideally a first experience as HR trainee. ✓ Fluent in both English and French. Spanish appreciated. ✓ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. ✓ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. ✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). ✓ Available to start on September 2026 **Benefits:** * 1000€ salary gross * 11€ meal vouchers per day. * International environment. * Hybrid mdoel (3 days at the office/ 2 days remote).
