Stable position with an indefinite contract A rapidly expanding hotel chain seeks to hire talent for its Operations Department – Front Office area at its office and establishment in VIGO: Ipanema by gaiarooms hotel. Main Responsibilities: * Managing and tracking incidents related to daily hotel operations. * Coordinating with Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Quality departments to ensure agile and efficient resolution. * Providing in-person and online customer service, delivering excellent and solution-oriented support. * Supervising operational processes to ensure high quality standards and customer satisfaction. Requirements: * Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. * Solid knowledge of OTAs and PMS systems. * Advanced level of English (mandatory). * Proactive, organized, solution-oriented profile with strong customer focus. * Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
