This time, we’re looking for a new adventure partner to join the reception team at Room Mate in the heart of Madrid! What will you do with us? . You’ll be responsible for check-in and check-out procedures. . You’ll be the first smile guests see upon arrival. . You’ll act as a local guide, recommending the best places. . You’ll follow up on and resolve questions, complaints, and claims when appropriate. . You’ll ensure our guests enjoy every minute of their stay at the hotel. What are we looking for? . You have the Roomie DNA—that is, you’re fun and courageous, committed to your surroundings, and passionate about your work. . It’s essential that you have at least 2 years’ experience as a hotel receptionist. . Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency with our PMS, Opera Cloud. . Advanced level of English. What do we offer? . **Permanent contract** . Immediate start. . 40-hour weekly schedule from Monday to Sunday, with two consecutive days off per week. .
