Job Summary: We are seeking a hotel receptionist to manage guest services, perform check-in/check-out procedures, provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions, handle reservations, and maintain interdepartmental communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Warm and efficient guest service from arrival to departure. 2. Reservation management and smooth communication with other departments. 3. Operation of hotel management systems and administrative tasks. We are looking for a person to manage the front desk of a hotel in Valverde del Majano. The role involves welcoming guests upon arrival and assisting them until departure, performing check\-in and check\-out efficiently and courteously. Additionally, the candidate must inform guests about hotel services and the surrounding area, address inquiries, and manage reservations while ensuring data accuracy. Maintaining smooth communication with other departments—such as housekeeping or maintenance—is also essential to ensure seamless operations. Proficiency in using computer-based hotel management software and performing administrative duties—including updating the customer database—is required. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in hotel reception or public-facing roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, organizational ability, responsibility, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure during peak periods are critical. At least 1 year of experience in hotel reception or similar functions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish. Customer orientation and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with hotel management systems and IT tools. Proactive, responsible attitude and attention to detail. Teamwork capability.
