As an essential member of our Telecommunications team, your main mission will be **Key Responsibilities:** * Assessing the quality, completeness, consistency, and timeliness of information provided to customers during incident management * Preparing and issuing periodic reports on audited ITEMs * Analyzing data and KPIs * Proactively proposing improvements to methodologies and standardization **We Offer:** * Permanent contract * Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday with flexible start/end times; intensive Friday schedule.
