The position focuses on warehouse logistics operations, which are essential to the supply chain. Key responsibilities include the safe and efficient operation of front forklifts for loading, unloading, transporting, and accurately placing various types of goods and pallets. Such operations strictly follow safety protocols and space-optimization practices within the warehouse. Additionally, the operator will use radio-frequency PDA devices to digitally scan and manage products, ensuring real-time traceability and precise inventory control. This technological aspect is critical to maintaining the integrity of logistics data. Occasionally—and always in compliance with safety regulations for manual handling—the operator may be required to lift components weighing no more than 8 kilograms for repositioning or preparation. The work takes place in a dynamic automotive environment, where precision and efficiency in material handling are key to sustaining operational line productivity. Organizing cargo and available storage space is an ongoing responsibility to facilitate workflow. This role is fundamental to ensuring materials are available at the right place and time, thereby supporting the overall operations of the logistics center. Working hours are rotating, changing every three weeks, and include morning, afternoon, and night shifts. The base salary is €14.96 gross per hour worked. An additional night-shift premium of €1.14 gross per hour applies to hours worked during the night shift. The workplace is located in Martorell. A minimum of two years’ verifiable professional experience operating front forklifts is required. A valid and up-to-date official forklift operator license is mandatory. Candidates must have their own vehicle for commuting. Full schedule availability is required to work under a rotating shift system covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts, as well as flexibility to work Monday through Sunday.
