Description
We are seeking personnel for a customer service position in a call center and data entry role, targeted at individuals with a disability certificate of 33% or higher. Responsibilities include handling telephone and email inquiries regarding customs procedures, taxes, and legislation; entering information into the system; and calculating costs based on the origin and type of goods. Additionally, obtaining documentation and resolving incidents is required.
For the customer service profile, experience in call centers, a high level of English, basic office software and administrative knowledge are required. Experience in international trade or customs knowledge is especially valued. The contract is temporary for 6 months, part-time (30 hours per week), with working hours from 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM, and includes morning training during the first 2\-3 weeks.
For the data entry profile, tasks include analyzing documentation, transcribing it into customs terminology, verifying compliance with standards, and managing administrative single documents. Data entry experience, advanced English, basic office software skills, and administrative knowledge are required. The contract is also temporary for 6 months, but part-time (20 hours per week). Both positions offer a gross monthly salary of 1\.751 euros and are located in Madrid.
