We are looking for a production operator for a modern food manufacturing plant located near Soria. The role is essential in the manufacturing process, ensuring the facility operates efficiently and safely. The team promotes an atmosphere of camaraderie and respect within an industrial company with a well-established track record in the region.
Main responsibilities include working on production lines according to the weekly schedule. This involves handling raw materials, packaging, and finished products, as well as monitoring compliance with quality and safety standards. Any incidents must be reported promptly to maintain smooth production flow.
Rotating shifts are offered—morning, afternoon, and night—with flexibility to adapt to scheduling needs. Night shifts run from Sunday to Thursday during certain periods, potentially freeing up weekends. Initial employment is temporary through a Temporary Work Agency (ETT), with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position after an adaptation period. Compensation follows the sector’s collective bargaining agreement, providing a clear base salary.
A minimum of one year’s experience in industrial production environments is required, preferably within the food industry. A valid Class B driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory to ensure access to the plant. Desired competencies include responsibility, meticulousness in following processes, and the ability to detect deviations. Commitment to safety and hygiene regulations, as well as the ability to integrate and collaborate effectively within a team, are essential. Completion of Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent qualification is required.
