The position is located within the Water division. This is an area with extensive expertise and a proven track record across all types of hydraulic infrastructure projects. It provides services in the construction and maintenance of water networks, including underwater environments.
**What will you do on a daily basis?**
* Manage collections, bank transfers, factoring, banking coordination, cash flow forecasting reports, amortizations, and year-end accounting adjustments.
* Prepare documentation for audits; supervise payroll processing handled by external payroll agencies; manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures; process payroll payments to banks and social security contributions.
* File tax returns for the UTE.
* Receive invoices, verify them against delivery notes and purchase orders, record them in the accounting system, dispatch them, and handle all related supplier matters.
* Organize everything necessary for the proper functioning of the construction site: service activations (electricity, water, telephone, etc.), among others.
* Manage on-site personnel documentation (work reports, time allocation, bonuses, allowances, employee leaves, etc.) and oversee subcontractor documentation.
* Control quality-related documentation: prepare archival folders and draft non-conformance reports.
**What are we looking for?**
* Higher Vocational Training qualification in Administration or a university degree in Business Administration or Economics.
* Knowledge of UTE management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
