Responsibilities: Be the face of Impress, greet customers, explain our product, financing options, and guide customers through timelines and expectations. Achieve your sales targets, ensure you meet your sales conversion goals, and provide first-class patient care so that all patients are excited to begin treatment. Meet or exceed your monthly KPIs. Resolve issues or any patient-related concerns in collaboration with the clinic team or headquarters teams as needed. Connect and build genuine relationships with our customers. Respond to all calls and emails with a sense of urgency. Follow up commercially with potential customers and keep them in the pipeline for future opportunities.
