We are looking to hire a **Senior Salesperson for B2B software solutions** for a growing project within the **telecommunications (Telco) sector**. This role is aimed at professionals with experience in **B2B sales**, who possess a proactive profile, strong results orientation, and motivation to develop business in a dynamic environment. The selected candidate will join the sales team and actively participate in **acquiring and managing clients in the Barcelona area and surrounding regions**. **Key Competencies / Requirements** * Prior experience in **B2B sales (minimum 3 years)**. * Experience in the **telecommunications sector** is desirable, though commercial profiles from other sectors will also be considered. * **Senior-level profile**, capable of managing the full sales cycle. * Basic knowledge of digital tools (**Office 365, CRM, or other sales tools**). * **Personal vehicle** * Residence in **Barcelona or surrounding areas**. * Commercial skills: communication, negotiation, and results orientation. * Professional profile demonstrating **presence, commitment, seriousness, and motivation for sales**. **Responsibilities** * **Acquisition of new clients and business development** within the assigned territory. * Commercial advisory services to corporate clients on telecommunications sector solutions. * Management of the **entire sales process**, from prospecting to closing. * Customer follow-up and generation of recurring sales opportunities. * Recording and tracking of sales activities in CRM tools. **What We Offer** * **Permanent \- indefinite contract** * **Base salary starting from €22,000 gross \+ commissions** * **Uncapped quarterly commissions**, linked to performance. * **Career development and professional growth plan** within the company. * **Hybrid work model (office-based \+ field sales activities)**. * Working hours: **Monday to Thursday, 9:00–19:00; Friday until 15:00**. * Initial training and ongoing support in role development.
