Subsequent portfolio administration (contributions, modifications, endorsements). * Handling incidents with internal and external clients. * Monitoring departmental SLAs and those with third parties. * Managing tax authority (AEAT), court, and other seizures and releases. * Proactively identifying and participating in process improvements. **Project involvement:** * Participating in various projects related to this business line, including contributing to specification development and performing required testing where the department’s involvement is necessary. **External and internal client service:** * Providing telephone support to branch directors and deputy directors, ensuring quality service levels. * Managing departmental email inboxes and coordinating commercial branch office activities. **What are we looking for?** **Hard Skills** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and Power BI. * Knowledge of company systems (e.g., AS400, Salesforce) is a plus. * Between 6 months and 1 year of experience in the insurance sector managing policies. * English: B2 level\. * Education: University diploma or degree. * Familiarity with the insurance sector. **Soft Skills** * Customer orientation (experience interacting with customers is a plus). * Strong ability to learn and adapt to change. * Resilience, flexibility, and agility. * Curiosity and lifelong learning mindset. * Creative, analytical, and critical thinking. * Technological literacy. **What do we offer?** As part of our Employee Experience, we offer a competitive benefits package designed to enhance our employees’ physical, mental, and professional well-being, including: * We operate under a hybrid work model. * We provide allowances for meals and remote work. * Our working hours are flexible, and we offer a 3-month summer intensive schedule to help you maximize your personal time. * Access to life insurance. * Come to the office however you prefer.
