Billing, collections, and accounting administration We are seeking an administrative assistant to perform office duties in a mechanical workshop with the following responsibilities: \- Customer reception \- Opening work orders \- Telephone support \- Purchase management with spare parts stores \- Billing of incoming orders \- Collection management of invoices \- Accounting for submission to the tax advisory firm. Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Closed in August Salary according to the Bizkaia metalworkers' collective agreement Salary: €1,400.00–€1,500.00 per month Benefits: * Intensive working day on Fridays * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work location: On-site employment
