We currently require a RECEPTIONIST at our BARCELONA offices to fill a temporary position. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Centralize visitor reception and telephone services, as well as provide office secretarial support according to the Organization’s guidelines to facilitate general office operations and functionality. * Create a welcoming environment by cordially, friendly, and professionally receiving, informing, and guiding visitors, employees, and suppliers. * Handle all calls, emails assigned to reception, incoming and outgoing correspondence, and faxes. * Maintain a log of visitor entries and exits. * Maintain a log of incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier packages. * Place orders for materials required to ensure smooth reception operations. * Keep the reception area clean and orderly at all times. * Perform tasks requiring their involvement to ensure proper execution in terms of quality. REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum education: Spanish Baccalaureate or Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM/CFGS) in Administration and/or Secretarial Studies (officially recognized in Spain). * Minimum one year of relevant experience in reception/administration within a company. * Bilingual Catalan proficiency is mandatory.
