Position Summary: We are seeking an administrative-accounting professional to manage documentation, invoicing, collections, payments, bank reconciliations, and support accounting closings and tax filings within a dynamic environment. Main responsibilities include managing documentation, issuing and recording customer and supplier invoices, monitoring collections and payments, and performing bank reconciliations. The role also involves participating in tax return preparation and accounting closings, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support to other departments. Another key responsibility is managing relationships with suppliers and customers and preparing basic financial reports. This position operates within a dynamic environment that demands autonomy, accountability, and a proactive attitude to resolve issues. Strong communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and capacity to prioritize tasks under pressure are highly valued, contributing to the smooth operation of daily activities. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative\-accounting role is required. Formal education must include FP II, a Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE). Prior knowledge and experience in administrative and accounting tasks, advanced proficiency in office software and specialized accounting programs, and particularly hands-on experience with the Odoo software are highly desirable. We seek a proactive, organized, solution-oriented individual with proven teamwork capabilities. A working knowledge of English is considered a valuable asset for this position.
