Senior Frontend Developer

#### **Your responsibilities** * Develop and evolve frontend applications using **React** and **TypeScript**. * Implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance user interfaces. * Manage application state using **Redux** or **Zustand**. * Develop and maintain unit and integration tests with **Jest** and **React Testing Library**. * Collaborate closely with Backend, Design, and Product teams to deliver high-quality solutions. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of applications and team best practices. #### **Your profile** * At least **3 years of experience** developing applications with **React**. * Solid experience with **TypeScript**. * Knowledge of state management with **Redux** and/or **Zustand**. * Experience writing tests with **Jest** and **React Testing Library**. * Familiarity with software development best practices, clean code, and agile environments. * Ability to work collaboratively with a strong focus on software quality. #### **Why join us?** **What will you find at Paradigma?** ✅ **Freedom with responsibility** We trust our people to organize their work flexibly, supporting a healthy balance between personal and professional life—without losing sight of goals and the impact of our work.
