It includes high-volume preparation and cooking using wok techniques, as well as making curries, soups, noodles, fried rice, stocks, sauces, and specialty pastas. The role also entails handling characteristic ingredients, quality control, dish presentation, kitchen station management, and compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. A permanent employment contract is offered, full-time work schedule with split shifts from 12:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 24:00, at a monthly salary of 1767 euros. The job is based in Málaga.
