GERONTOLOGY TECHNICIAN – COORDINATOR OF ACTIVE AGING PROGRAMS Zinko Smart Services, S.L. is seeking a Gerontology Technician to join the coordination team for active aging programs targeted at older adults. We are looking for a professional with experience in interventions with older adults and specific training in Gerontology who wishes to be part of an innovative project focused on promoting personal autonomy, preventing dependency, and supporting healthy aging. Essential Requirements University degree in: Psychology Occupational Therapy Social Work Social Education Pedagogy Nursing Physiotherapy Or related fields. Official Master’s or Postgraduate degree in Gerontology (mandatory). Professional experience working with older adults. Class B driving license. Personal vehicle. Availability for travel. Desirable Qualifications Person-Centered Care (PCC). Cognitive stimulation. Group facilitation. Active aging. Coordination of social projects. Preparation of technical reports and records. Experience managing contracts with Public Administrations. Responsibilities Technical coordination of the program. Planning and supervision of workshops. Methodological support to the professional team. Technical follow-up of participants. Preparation of monthly reports and records. Coordination with municipal Social Services. Participation in monitoring meetings. Design of materials and proposals for improvement. Service quality supervision. Conditions Contract type: Permanent (fixed-term discontinuous), linked to the implementation of active aging programs. Expected start date: October 2026. Duration: Project with continuity and opportunity to participate in future company contracts. Working hours: Part-time, approximately 50% of full-time working hours. Schedule: Primarily Monday to Friday, morning and/or afternoon shifts, depending on workshop scheduling. Flexibility for coordination meetings with the Municipal Council and technical team. Salary: To be agreed upon according to experience and qualifications, in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Ongoing training provided by the company. Work will be carried out across various parishes and municipal centers where program workshops are delivered, as well as through coordination and follow-up activities with the technical team.
