In the railway sector, Expleo participates in signaling, telecommunications, and CBTC system projects for leading operators and manufacturers worldwide.### **Job Description** Expleo Iberia is looking to hire a **Junior CBTC Validator** to participate in advanced railway signaling projects, supporting verification and validation activities for CBTC systems in critical and regulated environments. The selected candidate will join a multidisciplinary team and work under international railway standards, contributing to ensuring system requirement compliance. Responsibilities: * **Verification and Validation (V\&V)** activities for CBTC systems. * Analysis, management, and traceability of system requirements. * Review of technical documentation and compliance evidence. * Support during testing campaigns, both documentary and functional. * Identification of non-conformities and follow-up of corrective actions. * Collaboration with design, safety, and quality teams. Qualifications: Degree in **Engineering** (preferably Telecommunications or Electronics). Essential skills:* Experience or knowledge of **requirements management tools** (DOORS or similar). * Analytical ability, **critical thinking**, and attention to detail. * **Autonomous, independent, and proactive** profile. * **B2 level English** (ability to work with technical documentation in English). Desired skills: * Basic knowledge of the **C programming language**. * Prior experience in CBTC, ERTMS, signaling, or critical systems environments. * Familiarity with V-model processes and railway standards (EN 50126/8/9\). Experience: **Minimum 1 year of experience in the railway sector**, particularly in signaling or systems projects. Benefits: * Work in a collaborative environment.
