* Analyze failures and propose improvements to reduce downtime and recurrence.
* Document all interventions and meet time and availability targets.
3\. Ticket management and reporting
* Use the GMAO/CMMS system (e.g., RHOMBUS) per standard.
* Register and close work orders with complete and traceable information.
* Analyze ticket data and identify improvement opportunities.
* Report activities and anomalies to the Maintenance Manager.
4\. Spare parts management and supplier coordination
* Identify required parts and components using catalogs.
* Communicate spare part references to the Maintenance Manager.
* Record stock usage and ensure inventory control.
5\. Training and support for new technicians

7\. Safety, environment, and regulatory compliance
* Comply with internal safety, environmental, and food safety (BRC) standards.
* Identify and report risk situations related to machinery and processes.
* Verify that external contractors’ work meets safety and food safety requirements.
**Experience & Qualifications**
==================================
A technical vocational qualification or equivalent (e.g., Industrial Mechanics, Electricity/Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or similar) is preferred.
* 3–5 years’ experience in industrial and/or facility maintenance, within Production environments, industrial processes, and manufacturing lines is required.
* Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general facility maintenance.
* Basic proficiency with computer tools and maintenance management systems (CMMS/GMAO).
