Main responsibilities: * Hair diagnosis and personalized client consultation. * Expert application of coloring techniques (highlights, balayage, babylights, full-color treatments, etc.). * Knowledge and use of premium-quality products. * Maintenance of service quality and premium client experience. * Collaboration with the artistic team in developing new trends. Requirements: * Proven experience as a colorist (minimum 2 years). * Formal training in hairdressing and specialization in hair coloring. * Up-to-date knowledge of coloring techniques and trends. * Strong communication skills and excellent client interaction abilities. * Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and creative environment. * Preferred: Experience in prestigious hair salons.
