A close-knit and agile work environment. **Description:** ---------------- An established industrial company requires the incorporation of a PURCHASING MANAGER at its facilities near Vitoria. The candidate will be responsible for the company’s purchasing area, covering all types of procurement—including raw materials, services required for production activities, as well as transportation and logistics—and will also perform certain warehouse functions such as inventory management and stock control. To this end, the candidate will establish direct contact with suppliers to negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and quality standards in coordination with other internal departments including Production, Technical Office, and Quality. We seek a candidate with a background in Business Administration and Management or a related field, plus at least three years’ experience in a similar position involving procurement management within industrial environments. Technical knowledge—such as technical drawing, mechanical manufacturing, electricity, or similar—is highly valued. The candidate must possess knowledge of transportation and logistics, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
