Proficiency in computer tools and Office suite In Tres Cantos, we are looking for a person with a disability certificate of 33% or higher to join as an Administrative Assistant. The role involves managing order tracking, receiving and organizing daily documentation, processing invoices, and providing general support for the team’s administrative tasks. Prior experience in similar roles is required, along with an intermediate-to-advanced level of English (B2). Proficiency in computer tools—especially the Office suite, Gmail—and the ability to rapidly switch between different applications for data entry are essential. Furthermore, excellent written expression without spelling errors and high operational agility are fundamental. The contract is permanent, with full-time working hours from 09:00 to 17:30, and an annual gross salary of 18\.354 euros.
