Growth opportunities within the Front Office **At Terreno Barrio Hotel, we believe hospitality begins with an authentic welcome and impeccable service.** We are seeking a **Receptionist** who enjoys accompanying guests throughout their entire journey: arrival, stay, and departure—delivering personalized and warm service. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Manage arrivals, departures, and stays, including digital check-in, document scanning, and electronic signature. * Anticipate daily operations: VIPs, returning guests, special needs, and relevant events. * Stay up to date on hotel services, facilities, operating hours, and offerings. * Manage internal reservations using available tools. * Handle requests, complaints, or incidents, ensuring follow-up and system registration. * Collaborate with maintenance, housekeeping, bars, and restaurants to optimize workflows. * Perform shift closures and reconciliations, billing, collections, and terminal closures. * Report incidents and assist in emergencies according to protocols. * Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Duty Manager or management. **What are we looking for in you?** * 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality. * Education in tourism, hospitality, or related fields. * Professional Spanish and English; additional languages are valued. * Advanced proficiency in office software, hotel systems, and digital tools. **What do we offer?** * A project with its own identity and authentic hospitality. * A dynamic and collaborative environment. * Growth opportunities within the Front Office. * Continuous training and employee benefits. * Bicycle and scooter parking.
