Stable position **Voramar Gestión Inmobiliaria** is looking to hire an administrative professional to support daily office management, with the ability to occasionally take on commercial responsibilities and, in the future, evolve into a more client-oriented role. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include** * Administrative property management (registrations, updates, follow-ups) * Utility supplier changes * Drafting contracts (rental and purchase/sale) * Customer service and demand management * Organizing and coordinating property viewings * Maintaining the real estate management software * Managing calendars and general office tasks * Customer follow-up Additionally, on occasion: * Supporting the sales team during viewings or opportunity management **What we are looking for** * An organized and solution-oriented administrative profile * Ability to interact naturally and professionally with customers * Interest in the real estate sector * Functional level of English * Valid driver’s license We seek someone who starts in administrative functions but possesses the attitude and capability to gradually assume greater commercial interaction over time. **What we offer** * 40-hour weekly contract * Split working hours * Stable position * Practical and organized work environment * Real opportunity for progression into commercial roles Employment type: Full-time Salary: 18\.000,00€\-22\.000,00€ per year Work location: On-site employment
