Job Summary: An operational cleaning position responsible for cleaning, organizing, and conditioning apartments and common areas, ensuring impeccable presentation and proper replenishment of amenities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conditioning and cleaning of apartments and common areas. 2. Replacement of amenities and linens, maintaining quality standards. 3. Reporting of incidents and collaboration with the team for requests. An operational position responsible for cleaning, organizing, and conditioning apartments, common areas, and service areas of the establishment, in accordance with established quality and presentation standards. The Housekeeper ensures that assigned rooms are ready for occupancy, maintaining an impeccable presentation and guaranteeing correct replenishment of amenities and linens. They also report any detected incidents or defects to the Housekeeping Manager for repair and proper maintenance of furniture and facilities. * Clean and condition check-out, stay-over, and check-in apartments according to established standards. * Replenish amenities, linens, and cleaning supplies according to each room’s requirements. * Clean and maintain assigned common areas in perfect condition. * Inspect the condition of facilities, furniture, and equipment, reporting any issues to the Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager. * Complete the daily room status report, indicating which rooms are ready for handover to the Housekeeping Manager. * Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning products and chemicals. * Maintain order and cleanliness in housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and floor offices. * Ensure proper use, maintenance, and care of work materials. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations, including safe handling of loads. * Respect the confidentiality and security of guests’ personal belongings. * Collaborate with other team members to fulfill special guest requests (e.g., cribs, extra beds, additional clothing) arising during the shift. * Adhere to safety protocols and occupational risk prevention measures.
