




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to manage mail, filing, customer service, and administrative procedures, with support in accounting tasks and report preparation. ERP/management software experience and proactivity are valued Main job responsibilities include: * Management of physical and digital correspondence and filing. * Telephone and in-person customer and supplier support. * Document registration and control: invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders. * Preparation and dispatch of internal and external communications. * Support in preparing reports and presentations. * Updating databases and spreadsheets. * Basic administrative processing: contracts, employee onboarding/offboarding, incident management. * Support in basic accounting tasks (reconciliations, invoice posting). Requirements: * Education: High school diploma, medium or higher vocational training in Administration, or equivalent qualifications. * 2 years of experience in a similar role. * Computer skills: advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); basic spreadsheet, table, and simple function handling. * Skills: organization, attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications: * Additional training in administration, accounting, or office management. * Experience with ERP / management software (SAP, Odoo, Sage, ContaPlus or others). * Communication and commercial interaction skills. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Rigor and responsibility. * Discretion and handling of confidential information. * Customer orientation and problem-solving ability. * Strong communication skills.
