Initial training and ongoing support **JOB OFFERING – HOTEL APARTMENT RECEPTIONIST** We are looking to hire a Receptionist for our hotel apartment. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing reservations, performing check-in and check-out, and ensuring a satisfactory experience for our guests. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Spanish and English (mandatory). * Knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus. * Prior experience in hotel, hotel apartment, or tourist accommodation reception. * Familiarity with hotel management software (PMS), such as Soul Suite or similar systems. * Availability and flexibility to work rotating shifts. * Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities. * Organized, responsible, and solution-oriented individual. * Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work well in a team. * Ability to handle incidents and resolve problems effectively. **Main Responsibilities:** * In-person, telephone, and email customer service for guests. * Reservation management, modifications, and cancellations. * Performing check-in and check-out. * Resolving incidents and addressing guest requests. * Using hotel management tools and software. **We Offer:** * Joining a growing company. * Positive work environment. * Initial training and ongoing support. * Employment contract and salary conditions based on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
