Description **Decken Motorsport** is a company dedicated to the **sale, maintenance, repair, and preparation of high-performance vehicles**. We are currently seeking an administrative professional to join our team. Will you join us? **What will be your responsibilities?** * Register, manage, and issue supplier invoices. * Record customer and/or supplier invoices. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Handle and manage supplier and customer incidents. * Forecast treasury related to invoices. * Monitor customer collections and supplier payments. * Manage and process tax documentation. * Prepare monthly management control reports. * Annual budget. **Requirements**: * 1\-2 years of experience. * Higher Vocational Training in Administration or Business Administration and Management (ADE). * Accounting knowledge. * Teamwork, proactivity, communication skills, commitment, organization, and orientation toward internal/external customers. * French / English **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract with a probationary period. * Full-time position. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. * Play an active role in shaping the company's growth.
