Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for electrical maintenance in a hotel, responsible for repairing electronic systems, electrical panels, and low-voltage equipment, as well as performing maintenance tasks for air conditioning and fan coil units. Maintenance tasks for air conditioning and fan coil units We are looking for a person to work on electrical maintenance within a hotel in Madrid. The main responsibility is to carry out repairs of electronic systems, electrical panels, and low-voltage equipment. Additionally, maintenance tasks must be performed on air conditioning installations, protective devices, and fan coil units, ensuring all systems operate correctly throughout the building. The position requires formal vocational training in electricity or a related technical field. Prior experience working in hotels, residential facilities, or renovation and new construction installation projects will be considered a strong advantage, with at least two to three years of relevant experience. The employment contract is temporary, with an estimated duration of five months on a full-time basis and an annual gross salary of 25\.500 euros.
