What is the expected outcome?** At ITP Aero, we seek to incorporate a **temporary employee** to cover a vacancy for one year within our **IT Services Procurement team**, under the Supply Chain Directorate. The scope of work includes: 1\.\- Defining the supply strategy for the IT services portfolio, selecting suppliers, defining contracts, and executing operational activities in terms of QCD (Quality\- Cost\- Service). 2\.\- Leading supply chain management and establishing stable, robust relationships with strategic suppliers. This entails supplier selection and development, as well as maintaining stable relationships to ensure contractual compliance and service levels. 3\.\- Leading commercial negotiations to secure optimal conditions in terms of price, quality, and delivery/service. 4\.\- Contract management and administration (LTAs, NDAs, etc.) and procurement processes (budgeting, improvement projects, cost structures and models). 5\.\- Managing communication with suppliers, particularly when those same suppliers serve multiple ITP departments. 6\.\- Managing risks arising from the supply chain and compliance with supply chain-related regulations. This includes assessing and mitigating risks associated with non-delivery, market changes, and conflicts of interest. Also responsible for enforcing internal and external policies related to legal and ethical aspects of procurement activities. **What profile are we looking for?** * Education: Medium-level qualification preferred but not mandatory * Required experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT procurement: hardware, software, IT services, communications, cybersecurity, etc. * Required knowledge: * Supplier negotiation * Supplier and bid analysis * Project coordination * Advanced office software proficiency * Knowledge of AI tools * SAP management: MM module * ARIBA Buying, Sourcing, and Contract management * Languages: English. B2 * * Soft Skills: * Communication: Ability to identify ideas, negotiate effectively, and build strong relationships with suppliers and all internal stakeholders. * Problem Solving: The strategic buyer must be capable of identifying and resolving issues that may arise during supplier selection, purchasing, and supply processes. * Analytical ability: Skill to analyze complex markets and data, identify trends, and make decisions to optimize costs while ensuring quality and on-time delivery. * Ability to lead and operate the supply chain: recovery plans, penalties, guarantees, etc. * Teamwork with multiple internal customers * Organized and rigorous. **What training will you receive to carry out the job?** You will work within a multidisciplinary team including operational procurement and supply chain quality functions, maintaining continuous interaction with other procurement areas and operational departments (UO’s) as internal customers.
