At **Senator Hotels \& Resorts**, we are looking for a **Waiter/Waitress** for our establishment **Senator Barajas**, located at **Alameda de Osuna, Madrid.** ️ **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * Prepare work areas for service. * Directly serve customers during food and beverage consumption. * Prepare simple dishes or meals for consumption. * Transport utensils and equipment required for service. * Monitor and inspect goods and usage targets for selection. * Collaborate with the restaurant/bar manager in preparing and executing special events. * Coordinate and supervise duties specific to the area. * Inform and advise customers on the composition and preparation of available products. * Handle customer complaints. * Process billing and collect payments from customers. * Ensure maintenance of the hotel chain’s image and values in all actions performed. **What do we expect from you?** * Compulsory education or equivalent. * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in restaurants, bars, or food and beverage services (preferably in hotels). * Food Handling Certification and HACCP, in-person Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), and training in allergen management and food safety. * Basic office software knowledge and WinHotel. * English level A2 (other languages such as French or German are desirable). * Service orientation, attention to detail, resilience, and planning and organizational skills. **What do we offer?** * Contract for **long-term sick leave replacement**, with potential for continuation. * Full-time schedule. * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. * Exclusive benefits: discounts at establishments, insurance, agreements with banking institutions, and many more!
