We are currently expanding our team and seeking to hire a Waiter/Waitress Assistant for the Food & Beverage Department. The primary mission of this role is to support the front-of-house team in delivering customer service and ensuring smooth service operations, thereby guaranteeing compliance with the company’s established quality and service standards. Responsibilities: * Assist waiters/waitresses in dining room, restaurant, buffet, or bar service. * Set up and clear tables and service areas. * Restock supplies, beverages, and necessary products during service. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas and front-of-house equipment. * Attend to customers following instructions from the Front-of-House Manager. * Assist in preparing and setting up rooms and events. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention regulations. * Report incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Participate in internal training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** --------------- Professional Competencies: * Prior experience as a waiter/waitress assistant or internships in food service. * Knowledge of front-of-house service and customer service. * Ability to follow established instructions and procedures. * Advanced level of English. * German language skills are an advantage.
