




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative/accounting assistant with experience in invoice management, collections, payments, sales and expense control, tax filing, accounting analysis, as well as customer management and stock control. Stock control and analysis An Administrative Assistant (OF.1) with experience in the Accounting Department and intermediate English proficiency is required. The company offers an indefinite-term contract, a part-time schedule from 9–14, and a gross monthly salary of €1,100. Administration and Accounting: • Management of supplier and customer invoices • Management of collections and payments • Direct debits • Monthly sales and expense monitoring • Tax filing and fiscal knowledge • Accounting analysis: balance sheet and profit & loss statement Customer Management: • Scheduling meetings with clients • Monitoring and maintaining the client portfolio • Acquisition of new clients • Client support in Spanish and English Stock Management: • Stock control and updating • Introduction of new products • Advanced Excel use for control and analysis * 60 months of experience.
