




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to support logistics operations, handling incidents, customer service, and tracking shipments and returns, with opportunities for development in transportation. Valued experience with transportation management systems (TMS). We are looking for a person to support logistics operations in Sant Vicenç dels Horts. Initial tasks will focus on resolving logistics-related incidents, expanding over time to cover aspects of transportation. A solid background in administration or logistics is required, ideally including vocational training qualifications. Proficiency in office tools—especially Excel—is essential, including pivot tables, formulas, and report creation. Prior experience with transportation management systems (TMS) or shipment tracking platforms will be valued. Your daily responsibilities will include attending to customers via phone, email, and other communication platforms; managing incidents; and tracking shipments and returns. We seek an organized, proactive, responsible individual eager to collaborate as part of a team. Immediate hiring with a temporary contract of 2–3 months through a temporary employment agency, with potential transition to the client company afterward. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with shift options (morning or afternoon) based on current needs. Vocational Training qualification (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or related fields. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reports). Minimum 1\-2 years’ experience in similar roles, including incident management, customer service, and shipment tracking. Experience with TMS and logistics tracking platforms is desirable. Strong interpersonal skills, including proactivity, organization, responsibility, and teamwork ability.
