If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc. Telephone and email customer service Management of individual reservations through the OPERA operating system Check\-in and check\-out Issue room keys and provide accurate information about hotel services Concierge services and attention to VIP guests Knowledge of Marriott tools as well as the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program Maintain a high level of professional image, behavior, and ethics at all times Handle confidential information, including registration documentation Languages: Spanish and English at a high level. Rotating shifts (mornings, afternoons, and 4–5 nights per month).
