Using computer applications and virtual meeting platforms **Number of Positions Available** ------------------------------ 6 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** ------------------------------ Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire 6 Administrative Staff to provide telephone interviewer support for the Young Cultural Voucher in Madrid. **Workplace** ------------ * Madrid Office of Tragsatec **Functions and Responsibilities** ------------------------------- * Liaising with the Project Team Leader. * Conducting telephone surveys with beneficiaries of the Young Cultural Voucher project. * Conducting telephone surveys with entities adhering to the Young Cultural Voucher. * Making follow-up calls to assist interlocutors in resolving issues. * Creating, capturing, consulting, and printing documents using authorized computer applications (Word, Excel, Access, etc.) in the EV (Virtual Desktop) and external platforms. * Managing mailboxes and email accounts, both for receiving instructions and documentation and for sending and creating requests. * Using virtual meeting platforms. **Specific Requirements** ------------------------ Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting information provided in the application, as well as to request additional information from the CV, whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish Vocational Training Level II (FP II) or Higher Vocational Training Cycle (CFGS) qualification in the administrative field (officially recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities), or have at least six months’ work experience as an administrative professional. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Availability to start immediately within three working days of notification if selected. * User-level or higher proficiency in Excel (to be verified during the technical interview). * User-level or higher proficiency in Word (to be verified during the technical interview). * User-level or higher proficiency in Internet usage (to be verified during the technical interview). * Adequate workspace at home to install a computer with one or two monitors (to be verified during the technical interview). * A mobile phone with data connectivity to install authentication software for network access (to be verified during the technical interview). * A stable internet connection (to be verified during the technical interview). **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** -------------------------- ### **Previous Experience** * One to five years’ experience as a telephone operator or call center agent in public institutions (work experience). * One to three years’ experience in electronic processing (desktop and virtual environments) and use of communication tools (Cisco Webex) (work experience) (to be verified during the technical interview). * One to three years’ experience in customer service roles, either in-person and/or online (work experience). **Observations** -------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract estimated to last three months. + Part-time schedule: morning shift, seven hours per day, Monday through Friday (35 hours per week).
