Cruz de Tenerife.* **Program:** *Housing-Based Integration Support* **Professional Group:** *2* **Working Hours:** *38.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday* **Gross Monthly Salary:** *€1,744.71 (14 payments per year)* **Gross Annual Salary:** *€24,425.96* **Contract Type:** *Substitution for IT staff* **Start Date:** *Immediate* **Probation Period:** *2 months* **Hierarchical and Functional Reporting Line:** *Canary Islands Territorial Directorate* **POSITION MISSION**: Carry out administrative and economic project management activities and tasks. **FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION (NON-EXHAUSTIVE):** * Archive, manage, and process documentation generated by the project. * Archiving, classification, and registration of documentation. * Draft and process documents, written communications, or official correspondence. * Manage and supervise the project’s expense fund. * Record all project-related expenses in the designated accounting software. * Monitor invoices attributable to the project to ensure proper economic management. * Reconcile bank accounts associated with the project. * Manage physical archives and electronic records of economic documentation in accordance with Provivienda’s procedures. * Collaborate with the entity’s Justification and Monitoring Unit in preparing the project’s economic justification report: expense lists, invoices, supporting documents, etc. * Support other administrative and operational (non-financial) matters: telephone assistance, supplier relations (orders, purchases, payments, invoice requests), generating payment files, administrative tasks related to utilities, multi-risk insurance policies, energy certificates, etc. * Coordinate with Provivienda’s support services (administration, legal, IT, etc.). * Participate in working meetings, team meetings, and training sessions. * Perform other administrative duties. **BENEFITS** * Flexible working hours for arrival and departure. * Part-time remote work. * 60 hours of flexible time off, in addition to 23 vacation days (for full-time annual schedules). * Opportunities for work-life balance. * Career progression and professional development opportunities. * PC and smartphone with access to the M365 environment. ### **Minimum Requirements** **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** * Technical Diploma in Administrative Management (Intermediate Vocational Training Program). **OTHER REQUIREMENTS:** * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Availability to travel as required. **PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:** * Experience in accounting and economic-financial project management. * Experience in administrative departments or roles within non-profit organizations. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Professional and/or volunteer experience, or knowledge of non-profit organization operations. * Disability certificate indicating a minimum disability rating of 33%. * Knowledge of additional languages. * Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office). **CORE COMPETENCIES:** * Commitment to Provivienda’s values and mission. * Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. * Goal-oriented approach. * Strong organizational and management capabilities. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams. * Flexibility and adaptability to change. * High-level negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills. * Effective communication skills.
