




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional to manage budgets, control documentation, verify commercial data, and provide support to the sales team in Vilanova de la Barca. Coordination with suppliers and logistics for deliveries. We are looking for an administrative professional for a company in the commerce sector located in Vilanova de la Barca. Main tasks will include preparing and sending budgets and commercial offers, as well as controlling all documentation associated with delivery notes and invoices. The candidate will be responsible for verifying commercial data such as prices and payment terms, and will provide administrative support to the sales team in preparing reports and presentations. The candidate will also be responsible for requesting information and pricing from suppliers and maintaining communication with logistics to ensure delivery deadlines. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Work will be carried out on a rotating shift schedule, respecting legally mandated rest periods. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * We seek a motivated and hardworking individual.
