




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional with experience in management, communication, accounting, and telephone support, as well as skills in Office and XML invoicing. Opportunity to extend working hours We seek a candidate holding at least a Technical Qualification in Administrative Management or a Higher Technical Qualification in Administration and Finance. Candidates must have at least three years’ experience in similar positions involving administrative duties, communication management, accounting, telephone support, and document archiving. High-level proficiency in the Office suite, strong command of Excel and its full functionality, as well as expertise in PDF handling. Knowledge of the new XML invoicing system is also required. Initially, the position will be part-time, potentially extending to full-time depending on the candidate’s competence and performance. Working hours: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, office-based.
