We seek an organized, proactive individual with strong communication skills to join us as an Administrative Assistant. The main responsibility will be managing selection processes, personnel follow-up, and related labor administration tasks. Part-time schedule from 09:00 to 13:00\. Main Responsibilities: \- Posting job offers on various platforms. \- Active candidate search and selection. \- Resume screening and conducting initial interviews. \- Coordinating onboarding and employment documentation. \- Monitoring hired personnel (hires, terminations, incidents, etc.). \- Uploading and managing documentation on digital platforms. \- Archiving and controlling employee files. \- Support in administrative tasks of the department. Requirements: \- Prior experience in administration or human resources (preferred). \- Proficiency with computer tools and online platforms. \- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. \- Effective communication and interpersonal skills. \- Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively.
