




**Functions** * Your main responsibility is to provide technical assistance required to meet customer and employee requests regarding corrective maintenance, various technical jobs, minor installations, etc., as well as those required according to the planned schedule for preventive maintenance tasks, routine supervision and control of facilities, and execution of tasks and installations assigned by your superiors. * Routine operational monitoring of systems in equipment rooms (water treatment, storage and distribution for consumption, hot water production, low-voltage power distribution, air conditioning, swimming pools, systems and machinery, spa, etc.). * Monitoring of utility consumption (water, electricity, diesel oil, gas) and fuel stock levels (diesel tanks, gas tanks, packaged fuels), etc. * Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions in machinery and systems across different departments. * Handling work orders related to guests: alerts from housekeeping, guest relations, reception, etc., including tasks involving electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, telecommunications, etc. * Performing technical tasks related to installations, adaptations, and repairs in various hotel departments. * Preparing and setting up equipment for events: audiovisuals, lighting, stages, all types of electrical setups, machinery installation, etc. * Providing attention, support, and follow-up to technical personnel from private or public external companies, as directed by your superiors. **Requirements** * Electromechanics. * Air conditioning. * Electricity.
