Our mission is to train a new generation of audiovisual talent using proprietary materials created by active professionals, and through guidance from our teaching and tutorial team. If you have dubbing experience, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and are motivated to help others grow professionally, we would love to meet you. **What will be your role?** As a specialist instructor, you will play a key role in the practical training of our students. Your main responsibilities will include: * Delivering in-person dubbing workshops at our Barcelona branch. * Adapting sessions to students’ levels and needs, fostering a dynamic, participatory, and motivating learning environment. * Addressing questions and doubts clearly, approachably, and effectively. * Supporting students in acquiring practical dubbing-related competencies. * Staying up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and developments in the audiovisual sector to add value to your sessions. Working hours will be finalized with the selected candidate, preferably grouping several training hours on the same day. **What are we looking for?** We seek a person with real-world dubbing experience and a vocation for teaching. We would especially like you to have: * Training as a sound technician (Higher Vocational Degree in Sound for Audiovisuals and Performing Arts) * Experience working in dubbing studios. * Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills. * Ability to design clear, dynamic, and engaging sessions. * Proactive, motivating attitude focused on student support. * Organizational skills, autonomy, and problem-solving ability.
