Property maintenance and management, including incident identification, planning, financial management, budget monitoring, inventories, and new acquisitions.

Technical support staff for maintenance and property management
Incident identification and maintenance planning
Management of incident processes (breakdowns, defects, replacements), repair proposals, initiation and follow-up of renovations and repairs in housing units
Financial management and maintenance budget monitoring
Assessment of repairs and renovations, and supplier research
Procedures with insurance companies
Monitoring of the area’s administrative tasks, preparation of the monthly activity report, and indicator control
Conducting periodic inventories (furniture, appliances, and tools) upon user departure
Preparation of furniture provisioning proposals and delivery of fittings according to specifications
Support for warehouse inventory updates
Identification and management of new housing units
Conducting visits to assess purchases, take photographs, complete feature sheets, and prepare valuation reports (with legal department support for economic aspects)
Assistance in removing security doors against illegal occupations and alarms. General security control and monitoring
Key duplication management and lock changes (facilitating access for professionals or directly changing locks in unoccupied apartments)
Activity monitoring and territorial needs planning. Application of energy-related knowledge and proposals for improvement/efficiency
* 1 year of experience. Experience in housing/equipment maintenance and related administrative processes
* PROFESSIONAL SPECIALIZATION CERTIFICATE
* Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced)
* Competencies / knowledge: Skills and competencies: Autonomy, Leadership, Adaptability/flexibility, Time management, Teamwork, Initiative, Professional responsibility, High-level Castilian, Driving license B (availability to drive a van), Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Access)
* Driving license: B
* Temporary employment contract (6 months)
* Full-time work schedule
* Gross monthly salary: 1686
* Additional relevant information: Morning hours Monday to Friday and two afternoons
Contract duration: More than 6 and less than 12 months (with possibility of extension)
Salary: €20,230.28 gross annual (12 payments)
Start date: Immediate
Professional certification or medium-level vocational training cycle in installation and maintenance or similar
Driving license B (availability to drive a van)
