We are seeking a **Building Project Manager**, oriented toward implementation, planning, and monitoring of construction works, who will lead the management of the company's new headquarters and contribute to the proper execution of construction and rehabilitation projects. ##### **Knowledge and Technologies:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in implementation and management of corporate headquarters, office, or building construction and renovation projects. * Knowledge of electrical installations and review of technical drawings. * Advanced proficiency in 2D design and drafting tools (DraftSight, AutoCAD). * Experience in defining construction projects, rehabilitation projects, and layouts. * Familiarity with liaison with public agencies (ministries, Andalusian Regional Government, local administrations). * Prior experience or knowledge in industrial environments is desirable to support other company projects. * Communication, leadership, and project management skills. ##### **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Definition and planning of construction projects, including renovations, building rehabilitations, and diagram and layout design. * End-to-end management of construction and renovation works, supervising timelines, costs, and quality at each project phase. * Coordination with public agencies (ministries, Andalusian Regional Government, local administrations), ensuring compliance with regulatory and administrative requirements. * Review and analysis of 2D drawings using tools such as DraftSight and AutoCAD to validate the technical feasibility of proposals. * Supervision of electrical installations and associated technical aspects of building projects, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. * Project status tracking and reporting, preparing technical and management documentation for senior management. * Collaboration with other PMOs, providing support for industrial projects when required. ##### **Additional Information:** * **Work Mode:** On-site / Hybrid in Córdoba (Spain) or another company location. * Even if your profile is not 100% aligned, Deuser will provide specific training to equip candidates with any missing knowledge. * **Preferred Qualification:** Technical Engineer / Surveyor in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field; or equivalent professional experience. * **Languages:** Spanish; Portuguese and Italian are highly desirable.
