Position Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Process Project Manager to lead, plan, and execute Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Industrial Design, and Simulation projects. Key Highlights: 1. Deuser is the Robotics, Machinery Manufacturing, and Industrial Production Line unit of ***Indra Group***. Our **Industrial Process Project Manager** is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Industrial Design, and Simulation projects. ##### **Knowledge and Technologies:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience managing machinery, industrial equipment, robotics, and digital twin projects. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of mechanical design, mechanical manufacturing, materials, and production processes. * Leadership, initiative, problem- and conflict-resolution, decision-making, negotiation, and ability to work under pressure. ##### **Your main responsibilities will include:** * End-to-end management of industrial process projects, including planning, resources, budgets, scope, quality, and internal and external stakeholders. * Application of project management methodologies—primarily PMI and Agile—tailored to each project’s specific needs. * Task organization and key milestone tracking using project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Jira, or similar), ensuring accurate planning and resource control for each project. * Budget evaluation and cost control, optimizing resources and ensuring project profitability. * Collaboration with internal and external teams, ensuring multidisciplinary coordination and achievement of objectives. * Preparation of progress reports, meeting minutes, and technical documentation, ensuring project traceability and transparency. * Support in identifying and resolving issues during project execution, proposing effective and agile solutions. ##### **Additional Information:** * **Hybrid / Remote work mode in Córdoba (Spain) or another office location.** * Even if your profile is not a 100% match, Deuser will provide specific training to equip you with any missing knowledge. * **Preferred qualification:** Mechanical Engineering or related field.
