The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring success from planning through final delivery. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, team management skills, and negotiation capabilities, with a clear focus on financial control and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Project Financial Performance Control:** Rigorous monitoring of margin and billing for each assigned project, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions to ensure profitability. * **Team Sizing and Management:** Strategic planning of human resources required for each project, including managing hires and departures, ensuring appropriate talent availability at every stage. * **Team Management and Leadership:** Organizing, structuring, and directing project teams. This includes managing internal workloads, coordinating effectively among team members, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment. * **Team Training and Development:** Continuous training of project teams, with particular emphasis on coordination functions. Additionally, technical training will be provided in specific areas where each team member is a specialist, promoting professional development and specialization. * **Client Negotiation and Management:** Leading client negotiations throughout the entire project lifecycle.
