In France, we run a diverse calendar of events, from vertical\-specific gatherings and trend sessions to partner innovation days and large\-scale summits, bringing together some of the most exciting emerging companies and established industry players in the ecosystem. **Program Manager** The role of the Program Manager is to independently design, plan, and execute the full lifecycle of startup accelerator programs and medium\-scale events. This role combines strategic program design with hands\-on operational excellence to ensure high\-quality delivery across the global Plug and Play landscape. **Duties and responsibilities:** * Run and continuously improve a flagship international project delivered in partnership with a global technology leader, taking into account financial and timeline constraints. * Be responsible for formal reporting on program activities and KPIs. * Be responsible for task tracking and follow\-up across the team to ensure deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks. * Build and manage strong relationships with mentors, investors, and corporate partners and leverage the local dual use ecosystem to create opportunities and growth for dual use companies. * Act as a mentor for startups, helping teams mature and succeed within the program. * Oversee the organisation of small and medium size events such as kick off events, local demo day, roundtables and “speed dating” sessions. **Our requirements** * Fluent in English * 2 years of working experience * Master's Degree degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field * Willingness to travel at least twice a year * High knowledge and ability to use various computer tools (G\-suite, Zoom,Eventbrite, Keynote) * Ability to work in a small and dynamic team * Ability to multitask and manage priorities * Good interpersonal skills * Rigor in work \& Reactivity * Startup and entrepreneurial affinity **What we offer** * Be part of Plug and Play \- the biggest and fastest\-growing startup innovation platform globally with locations worldwide such as Silicon Valley, Paris, Amsterdam, Munich, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Japan, etc.. * Be at the forefront of Deep Tech and A\&D innovation and get access to groundbreaking technologies. * Be part of a dynamic, international and open\-minded team in a vibrant working environment. * Get access to and communicate with international startups, investors and industry leaders. * **All applications must be submitted in English.**
