What will be your main responsibilities? * Structure innovation initiatives into defined project phases, milestones, and deliverables. * Apply planning and execution tracking discipline to Labs’ projects without hindering experimentation. * Coordinate collaboration among engineering, product, and business stakeholders. * Maintain clear visibility on progress, blockers, dependencies, and timelines. * Translate complex initiatives into structured project plans that teams can follow. * Support and monitor execution using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, or similar platforms. * Help define practical workflows and project structures adapted to innovation environments. * Prepare project updates and execution reports for management. * Ensure projects maintain momentum, clarity, and accountability. What do you need for this role? * Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration (ADE), or Finance (desirable) * Experience: 5–7 years of experience in project management, program management, or technical IT project coordination * Languages: Very high level of English (C1/C2\), as you will operate in an international environment. * Technical Skills: o Strong ability to operate at the intersection of technology and business. o Mindset focused on project planning and execution. o Ability to break down complex initiatives into clear steps and timelines. o Familiarity with Agile environments (Scrum is a plus). o Advanced experience with tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise. o Comfort understanding technical discussions and translating them into structured plans.
