If selected, your mission will be to bring execution structure and discipline to Lab projects—translating complex initiatives into clear action plans and coordinating work across engineering, product, and business teams. What will be your main responsibilities? * Structure innovation initiatives into defined project phases, milestones, and deliverables. * Apply planning and execution tracking discipline to Labs’ projects without hindering experimentation. * Coordinate collaboration among engineering, product, and business stakeholders. * Maintain clear visibility on progress, blockers, dependencies, and timelines. * Translate complex initiatives into structured project plans that teams can follow. * Support and monitor execution using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, or similar platforms. * Help define practical workflows and project structures adapted to innovation environments. * Prepare project updates and execution reports for management. * Ensure projects maintain momentum, clarity, and accountability. What do you need for this role? * Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration (ADE), or Finance (desirable) * Experience: 5–7 years of experience in project management, program management, or technical IT project coordination * Languages: Very high level of English (C1/C2\), as you will operate in an international environment. * Technical Skills: o Strong ability to operate at the intersection of technology and business. o Mindset focused on project planning and execution. o Ability to break down complex initiatives into clear steps and timelines. o Familiarity with Agile environments (Scrum is a plus). o Advanced experience with tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise. o Comfort understanding technical discussions and translating them into structured plans.
