Apply today! **Job Details** =============== MISSION: The mission of the Supply Chain Manager is to ensure that the operational activities with 3PV are executed efficiently in coordination with the other stakeholders involved in the project management; as well as expanding capabilities with 3PV to cover service gaps and ultimately increase the business volume and define the strategy to perform the required services with the validated 3PV. GLOBAL FUNCTIONS: * Define the strategic relationship with external and internal stakeholders. * Maximize the business capabilities by developing new vendors and services. * Key user for Cencora transversal projects. * Act as point of escalation for operational issues involving 3PVs. REGULAR FUNCTIONS: * QBR meetings with 3PV to follow\-up business execution and strategic partnership. * Internal meetings to define ways to improve processes and cover service gaps. * New operational processes definition in coordination with other operational stakeholders. CROSS\-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION Collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams including all the Internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of clinical trial supplies/services into ongoing operations. **CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:** Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and operations, utilizing key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of processes. . PROCESS IMPROVEMENT * Continuously evaluate existing processes for efficiency improvements while maintaining compliance with internal policies/procedures, as well as applicable regulations/guidelines (e.g., GxP, FDA, ICH, etc.). * Identify opportunities for automation or digitization of manual processes related to clinical trial sourcing activities. QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM * Work closely with the QA team to investigate any customer complaints or deviations related to sourced pharmaceutical drugs for clinical trials. * Provide necessary information, documentation, and support to assist in determining root causes, implementing corrective actions, and preventing future occurrences and implementing changes. * Participation in internal and external audits. **What Cencora offers** ======================= Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
